Triptych

Arkaroola, South Australia

A triptych art is made up of three pieces or panels. Often used to impart narrative, create a sequence, or show different elements of the same subject matter, since its conception, the triptych has continued to add a new dimension to visual art. The triptych is also used to split a single piece of art into three, or to combine three pieces into one.

They can be placed closely together or spaced apart depending upon the effect you would like to create.

Sally Thompson

Australian artist Sally Ann Thompson has a knack for creating artwork that captures the beauty of life and movement. Her vibrant creations are full of joy, and each piece is filled with an energy that transports viewers to another realm. Drawing inspiration from nature, Sally skilfully employs colour and structure to bring her ideas to life.

Through her artistry, Sally seeks to explore the ephemeral nature of our world; noting the smallest details and bringing a fresh perspective to the movement and colours around her. She interlocks shapes together in order to create pieces that tell stories, each one unique in its own right. Every single brush stroke is intentional –– serving as a reminder of how fleeting yet precious moments can be.

Overall, Sally strives to bring beauty into this world through her artwork by passionately sharing her awe-inspiring vision with others.
